Course Description

29 CFR 1910.1001 for general industry and 29 CFR 1926.1101 for the construction industry. This course is designed to equip workers with vital information and guidelines for handling situations where asbestos-containing materials (ACM) might be accidentally disturbed during routine operations.

Both OSHA and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) require training for all employees who may be exposed to asbestos fibers at or above the permissible exposure limit (PEL), ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
