In healthcare settings, these biases can have a significant impact on patient outcomes, healthcare disparities, and overall quality of care. This continuing education (CEU) course aims to equip nurses and other healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to recognize and address implicit biases, ultimately promoting culturally competent and equitable care.
